The most fundamental aspect of their activities is making business oriented decisions while working in an increasingly competitive and uncertain environment. They are responsible for planning and organizing the resources which the company possesses, as well as the design, planning and carrying out of the strategies and actions which will shape the future path of the company. A manager is the one who generates new business ventures within the company he/she works for, as well as creating their own new personal business.

The Profile: The Professional Manager must possess analytical abilities, interpersonal & leadership skills, ethical sense, and a vision of the future. In order to be successful, they will require great motivation and personal effort, as well as the ability to work as a team. They know how to think globally and act strategically.
